Things to know

How to use

  • You must book at least 48 hours prior to arrival
  • You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher to enter to the attraction directly
  • The person who books and receives the confirmation voucher must present a valid photo ID/passport along with the voucher number
  • The voucher is valid only on specified date and time of the program
  • Redemption Location: Causeway Bay Terminus at 88 Yee Wo Street, Causeway Bay
  • Staff will exchange your eVoucher for a TramOramic Golden Ticket which the date shown on the front of the ticket

Important Information

  • Please check in at departure point at least 20 minutes prior to the tour departure
  • Please board the tram at the rear entrance and alight at the front exit
  • Round 1: 11.40 -12.40 hrs....Round 2: 15.10-16.10 hrs....Round 3: 17.40-18.40 hrs.

Remark

  • A child rate is applicable to child age between 4-11 yrs. old and must be accompanied by an adult at all times
  • E-ticket is non-transferable, non-refundable and void if altered
  • Sightseeing Tour Routes may change subject to traffic conditions and cancelled due to the bad weather
  • Children below the age of 4, if accompanied by an adult and not occupying a seat will be carried free of charge
