  • We recommend that you call 1-Altitude on +65 6532 5003 before making your way over to check on the weather conditions, as the viewing gallery will be unsafe for guests to visit during times of heavy downpour/lightning
  • Redemption Location: Level 1 (Ticketing Office), One Raffles Place Singapore 048616.
  • Operating hours: Monday-Sunday 8.30 - 17.30 hrs. Last admission 17.00 hrs.

Remark

  • Child age 6-12 years will be charged at child rate. Free of charge for child age 5 years old and below.
  • This voucher is valid for one-time redemption
  • There will be no refund for unused pass either in part or full
  • This voucher cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and is valid only for the event and date for which it is valid
  • All guests are required to be down before 17.30 hrs.
