Things to know

How to use

  • You must book at least 24 hours prior to arrival
  • You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher to enter to the attraction directly
  • The person who books and receives the confirmation voucher must present a valid photo ID/passport along with the voucher number
  • The voucher is valid only on specified date and time of the show

Important Information

  • Pattaya Dolphinarium is open from 10:00 to 19:00 hrs. and closed on Wednesday
  • Show time is at 11.00 / 14.00 / 17.00 hrs.
  • For swimming activity, a parent must accompany children age between 3 to 5.99 years old during swimming for safety reasons. In which, if a parent would like to swim along with children, please kindly purchase swimming with dolphin for adult.

Transfer Service

  • Infants may board the transfer van free of charge but will be required to sit on an adult’s lap. (No seat provided).
  • Transportation service is applicable to routes between hotel and Pattaya Dolphinarium only.
  • Transportation service is non-private and shall run in accordance with time and trip schedule as specified by Pattaya Dolphinarium. An extra fee will be charged for private service.

Remark

  • For kid from 3 - 6 years old who wants to swim with dolphins, we would like to inform 1 adult (parent) has to be with child in the water for security reason but we don’t charge for adult.
  • For show tickets: ‘Child’ refers to guests whose height is between 80 – 120 cm. regardless of age. For guests’ height under 80 cm. shall refer to ‘infant’, which can enter the show free of charge under adult’s supervision with no seats provided.
  • In any case of your booking isn't matched with reality when you show upfront (such as child's age, child's height, the quantity of people and etc.), you are responsible to pay the additional charge upfront the show/tour. Tapoma.com reserves the right to non-refund if the booking is mistaken reserved by guest.
